Unlicensed Vehicles

Any unlicensed vehicle which is to be operated within the boundaries of Emerald Pointe must first be registered with the POA. Vehicles must display registration stickers provided by the POA on both the lower right front of the windshield (or the right front fender if the vehicle has no windshield) as as well as the right rear fender of the vehicle. Further, an Indemnity Form must be signed, and proof of insurance submitted (with the POA as a named insured). For a complete explanation of the rules, see the document below. If your vehicle is not yet registered, please complete a Contact Us form so arrangements can be made to meet with you at our clubhouse and complete the process. There is an annual $10 registration fee.

NOTE: The owner of an unregistered unlicensed vehicle operating within Emerald Pointe will incur a fine of $100 for a first offense. A $250 fine will be assessed for each subsequent offense.
