To be included on the POA's published list of local area lawn service firms, a pdf-fillable Lawn Service Data Sheet (LSDS) form must be completed and returned via email to the webmaster. Complete and submit the information in the boxes below and one will be sent to you.
Major changes have occurred within our community since the POA replaced the developer with a member-elected board on January 1, 2020, and removed the developer from any position of control. Our new board has tirelessly dedicated itself to restoring the area’s appeal. All 6.1 miles of our private roads have undergone significant improvement (something that should have been done by the developer years ago). In addition, a more secure, and aesthetically pleasing gated entrance is coming. In addition, we completed over $75,000 in renovations to our community clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis court amenities. The exercise gym within the clubhouse has brand new equipment, a library has been added, a landscaping beautification project undertaken, and so on. New homes are springing up once again, including over thirty-six in the past 18 months.
We ask our lawn service providers to convey accurate information about their firm and to comply with the criteria outlined on the LSDS form. Your returned form will be posted on our website under the "Directories/Lawn Services" web page.
Once you have submitted your LSDS form, if you also wish to be added to our Security system, submit a "Contact Us/Security Admin" form, and provide your vehicle license plate number. This will enable you to use the Residents entrance rather than the Visitor gate when entering Emerald Pointe. You may optionally also request a windshield sticker, the cost of which is $5.00 (windshield stickers serve as a secondary backup method in the event your vehicle's license plate cannot be read properly).
