Submissions should be limited to questions related to building and architectural matters. Questions related to payments or other financial matters should be submitted to the Finance Committee.



1. All plans for new construction and improvement to existing property must be reviewed by the Architecture Review Committee of the Emerald Pointe Property Owners Association. The community's standards are outlined in the Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) document posted on this website (see menu option:  Documents/Legal Documents).

2. To submit a Change Request or submit plans to the committee, DO NOT USE THIS FORM. Instead, use the forms available under Forms/Architecture Review or Committees/Architecture/Submission.

3. Should you have a general question for our committee members, please use this form so they can assist you.
