An interactive Kiosk allows a live guard to screen visitors and grant or deny access. Residents have access to the V-Gates Mobile App and Web Portal by Virtual Guard for an enhanced experience. Guests will be denied entrance without authorization from a resident. You should begin scheduling your guests via phone, web portal, or V-Gates Mobile App (see below for what happens if they arrive unexpectedly).
