Swimming Pool

The Clubhouse Pool is for the use of only residents and their guests. The pool typically opens by Memorial Day weekend and remains open throughout the summer and into early fall (weather permitting). The pool is not heated. The pool gate code is located on the website under the Resident Amenities/Keycodes and WiFi menu option.

POOL RULES

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Hours of Operation are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Subject to weather conditions).

Children under the age of 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES

NO food, alcohol, or glass containers of any type are allowed within the pool enclosure. Please use the adjoining patio area and properly dispose of ALL trash.

NO running, jumping, or diving is permitted.

Proper swimming attire is required.

Swimsuits are only allowed in the lower level of the clubhouse.

Infants MUST wear approved swim diapers while in the pool.

NO swimming if lightning or thunder are threatening.

NO ANIMALS are allowed in the pool area or in the pool.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are allowed anywhere on clubhouse property. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the fenced area of the pool.

The Association neither ASSUMES nor ACCEPTS responsibility for valuables.

In the unfortunate event that the pool becomes contaminated with bodily fluids, please contact the POA board or the Clubhouse Committee at www.emeraldpointepoa.org. The pool will need to be closed for twenty—four (24) hours.
