Builders

This page presents Builder Data Sheet (BDS) forms submitted by local area builders who are recognized for building quality homes, that fully cooperate with the POA and abide by its bylaws (i.e., submit construction plans to the Architectural Committee for pre-approval, pay all appropriate building fee(s) and, if a resident themselves, remain current on all dues assessments). We greatly encourage prospective new residents to first consider selecting a builder from this list. 

Emerald Pointe POA provides this list strictly for our members convenience and does not recommend or otherwise endorse firms on this list. We greatly encourage our residents to consider selecting a builder from this list. 

It is suggested, if your builder is NOT on this list, you contact the Architectural Committee to discuss WHY that is the case - it may save you from making a mistake. Likewise, should you have a bad experience, please notify the committee of that as well. Too many such complaints will cause the specific firm to be removed from our recommended list.

TO OUR BUILDERS: Once you have submitted your Data Sheet, if you wish to be added to our Security system, use a "Contact Us/Security Admin" form, and provide your vehicle license plate number. This will enable you to use the Residents entrance rather than the Visitor gate when entering Emerald Pointe. You may optionally also request a windshield sticker, the cost of which is $5.00 (windshield stickers serve as a secondary backup method in the event your vehicle's license plate cannot be read properly).
